As of this point in Beta it appears 1 demon = 1 fel blood. If you are a class that can do decent aoe, Felsurge Nest north of the Illidari Point flight master in Azsuna is a good spot for this quest. All the "spiders" are currently marked as demons, and even the little spiderlings count toward dropping fel blood.

A good spot for this is also at Illidari stand, waves of enemies run towards the NPCs and they help you take them down.

When I was given this quest, I'm sure there are better maps, but I was doing Stormheim at the time, and there is only one tiny spot on the map marked for it, which is up on the Hrydshal mountain range. The cave at 47,30 has a pretty fast spawn rate of them, and as of this patch 7.0.3, they are still dropping at a 1:1 rate, so OCD Stormheim completionists who don't want to keep the quest for days should head here.

Quickest way I found was to stand by those turrets at Illidari Stand in Azsuna (44,43) and just pull mobs into it. The turret will one or two shot all mobs.

Did a quick video on this quest got all mine in about 5 mins was really fast. Just get on the scenario "The Defense of the Exodar" I believe its a bonus mission from Fel Annihilation. But made this quest ridiculously easy to do hope it helps!

Good spot is at Faronaar in Azsuna, there are couple of spiders, each one drops a blood, so I spent around 10 minutes to collect all 100.

You can get Blood from the demons you kill during the Legion Assaults in the Broken Shore zones. The world quests there are already a decent source of experience, so you can kill 2 imps with 1 glaive.

Azsuna @ 28, 45 are Manastalker dog demons. There are 7 here and one side respawns when you kill the other. Just do small laps and let the corpses pile up then loot all at once. Takes literally minutes.

The Felsurge Nest, just to the North of the Illidari Perch Flight Path, has spiders that hang out in groups of 3-4. Best spot I could find when trying to complete quest chain after lvl squish.

At level 60 you should head to Azuna 42,.5, 86.9 - there are a bunch of elites there. It goes very quick.

I rarely play my DH, and at level 46 he was getting his apse kicked until I happened to land at Thunder Bluff during a legion invasion. The big Hellfire Infernals wandering round the upper platform get attacked by the tanky tauren defenders, and I could throw my glaives at them and sap them with Sigil of Flame in total safety. Decent exp per kill for very little effort and a Blood everty time. A bit boring but oh so safe.

Legion Remix:

Spiders suggestion did not count for my quest. But the Felflame Imp and Fiendish Tricksters at 31,48, and about, drops them pretty quick.

I found that doing Battle for the Exodar (quest: Bringer of the Light) was a great way to farm Fel Blood - specifically the part where you have to rescue citizens and destroy portals.

Legion Remix: 32, 50 has a good amount of imps. I farmed around this unmarked area killing Soulreavers and other mobs waiting for respawns took less then 10 minutes.

Edit: from 32,50 if you head south down the path you will see small packs of imps to kill

Edit 2: nearby at 30, 48 is an area of Manstalkers they respawn pretty quick, i ended up going from 32,50 to 30,48 to make this quest go by real fast

just locate any of the imp mother in area with demons and just keep killing the imps, for example. there's one in the area of Trickster's Cut in Aszuna

If you are on the quest The Blood of Demons the demons you kill will drop
Fel Blood
Make sure you loot the bodies. I got 21/100 blood before I found out between waves.
If you leave the portal summoners alone to keep spawning imps from the portals you should be able to collect all of it while on this quest.

Don't know if anyone faced this as well, but on remix, don't use the artifact skill like Twisted Crusade. It wont drop Fel Blood if you kill mob this way

Description

The time has come to make contact with the Master's soul. It is somewhere in the endless expanse of the Twisting Nether. Luckily, so is Mardum. Such a thing is not unheard of, but it will be exceedingly difficult, even here. In addition to what the matron mother had us gather, we need a great deal of demon blood. Like, a lot of it!
