I'm going to have to assume the level of overpowered craziness we're seeing is sadly going to be toned down. At first I did think this was going to be some Diablo style total mob annihilation insanity, but as more things are added they legitimately become so overpowered that it outright makes the games systems not even work properly.Look at Timerunner's Ring. Converting total Block, Dodge and Parry into pure Damage Reduction? Parry and Dodge come from Strength/Agility, have you seen the stats that items are getting at full 32/32 upgrade? We're talking 14,000 Strength PER ITEM. That ring is going to give tanks with high level gear literally 100% damage reduction, actual immortality.I'm so incredibly excited for how this is looking but I really feel like soon the other shoe is going to drop and the craziness is going to get nerfed with the strength of an atomic bomb.Also I noticed that people who don't do organized content, ie people who only use group finder, are going to never get a neck piece? The only one in the game so far comes from doing Normal raids.
So once again, Bliz tries to force people into doing stuff they don't want to/have time to do. I hated MoP dungeons with a fiery passion. Still hate them. Same with scenarios. So I guess I just won't have rings or trinkets other than the level 70 one. I honestly wish that just once, they would remember that some people like playing through questlines instead of rushing through multi-player content to level.
