Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have just found another community satchel which I don't think has been found yet. I found it at Azure span coordinates 25.25, 71.47 (the place where you end up if you use the wormhole generator to get to Azure Span. There are a bunch of snowmen here and the torch burns down one of the snowmen in order to reveal the dirt mound
7th Satchel found: Azure Span: 25.2, 71.5 You'll know when you're in the right area when you see a kid tuskar building a bunch of snowmen.
