I’ve read all comments in the two recent posts for the 12 new talent trees and i saw each one tree as well . As player playing couple of classes i couldn’t notice and be worried about the following things from the community:

Most of the people of the comments are just crybabies complaining that they get a purple lollipop instead of pink one. Especially the DH ones.. i think the tree isn't that bad and the idea of it is kinda cool and fun! If not than just make an argument that actually shows some decent critics of the tree than just spitting a “lol its awful” or “ i hope the other one is better”. We all know some of you just wanted ur fav class to be made ultraimbagodlikeawesomenessopp thing of a insane dps streaming entity. But it's FLAVOR!

I really hope that the devs relying on player feedback distinct the small ones who does not know what they like but was overhyped for it AND the decent people with actual proper feedback that is enjoyable for reading.

My feedback i want to share -
Trickster rogue - feint as dps is killing the whole tree since no rogue would ever want that! The idea is not good at all!

Dk's - Rider is awesome and deathbringer too but the latter one does not have anything for the impaired movement of the dk's. Is that intentional for the flavor? I would like to see some to it too. and the ams slowing 10% cast is nothing compared to random 80% ams at rng times

shadopan is awesome and feels fun and not so overwhelming

thanks if anyone red this trough!

lol the DH one looks like it’ll be really strong. But it sucks because it’s not very fun. A lot of people don’t care about the tuning of these they wanted something cool and unique. I still wish they would have just gave us sub classes that change cosmetics instead of having this be tied to power. Devs aren’t reading this there’s no point to give constructive feedback here this nt isn’t the place for them to see your message. This place is to &*!@# about stuff and have people argue with you.

Druid of the Claw 100% needs a 5% size buff. It's canon. The druid talents don't look super flavorful, but it'll be nice not being pressured to spam moon beams and other lame $%^& on my deathbear. I think it'll play fun, but lack some pizzazz. 5% size buff, I'm serious.
Survival hunters need a second pet. This is mandatory.

sadly it shatters my hope for a DK rework to get rid of cleaving inside DnD or just a DnD that travels with you

They are reworking how Cleaving Strikes works. We already know this. Find Blizzards own picture of the Riders of Apocalyse tree and read the developer notes. If you don't want to find it yourself, I can just write the quote here:

While we have nothing to reveal right at this moment, we can say we have plans to change how Cleaving Strikes functions in The War Within

Wow that Demon Hunter tree is really boring.

Except that it's going to result in degenerate min/maxing by trying to line up skyreach with the flurries thus trying to hold tiger palm/expel harm to maximize dps windows as well as doubly devalue ww scaling even further because of the hp cap as well as passive haste stacking and converting vers into crit thus devaluing crit making vers the be all end all stat. Add in that vivify/chi wave/chi burst/ expel harm all don't really have enough power to warrant current gcd usage, as well as now most monks are going macro off rallying cry/PW:F as well.

In effect Shadopan isn't very flavorful because it's generic punches not really tied to the faction lore-wise (defenders of the jade temple and great wall against the Klaaxi/Mogu which includes different classes in it's 3 major forces) and is more maintenance buffs/things to track on an overloaded kit already bursting at the seems from bloat and passive talent increases. I'd love to see things pulled from Shadowpan lore be integrated into the hero class but currently it's generic martial artist passive tree and not really anything "Shadowpan".

Seperately I like the flavor of conduit... but not another channel where ww doesn't auto-attack more. Also yay JFS/FLS is still here and making my life truly torturous (can't wait to stand in my mandatory no fun allowed 30% dmg buff box and pray the boss doesn't move or cover it with splooge.) Oh and RJW is here too... can ww catch a break at all on these hero trees? It's like blizz hasn't even looked in the direction of the ww player base since BFA and hasn't iterated on their class design for monk since either. Wish conduit wasn't a channel, but other wise want to channel more celestials.

pack leader is a joke right? besides the 2 talents that cdr and cd reset the rest is just "KC does more dmg". this the most they could come up with? why is it even called pack leader?

Comment by NerfDHBraindeads

Super lame talent trees.

Comment by sesoni

Slayer is going to be disgusting in PvP.

Comment by Shoyooo

isn't it funny how blizzard is afraid to buff sv hunters Wildfire bombs somehow cuz they're worried it's going to be repeat from SL season 3/4? Guys come on! If you want the spec to really work and do some good damage you have to do something with the bombs. Spec is unplayable and awkward at raiding but these hero talents look interesting anyways. Mid

I will not give a complete feedback of the Pack Leader, because I wait for the review of it. But I will at least say this : As a Survival Hunter, Pack Leader is WAY more interessing than I though it would be! If Sentinel end up not interessing for me, the second option will be perfect at least.

"unleash a brief Bladestorm, striking all enemies around you once" that just sounds like a whirlwind with extra steps

I too was hoping for mobile DnD, baked into remorseless winter for frost at the very least. Still, 20 sec of mobile DnD during big cooldowns will be nice...

"Shado-Pan" seems to be more Monk than Shado-Pan. According to Blizz the Shado-Pan have high levels of Wind magic to "lighten their step" like Arakkoa, with Fire Magics, as well as the ability to manipulate the Chi in others (which we see a lot of this with Taran Zhu, the leader of the Shado-Pan, throughout Pandaria when dealing with Sha influence), plus highly experienced weaponry usage just as much as unarmed combat (again seen throughout Pandaria quests), while very stealthy and ninja-like (noted by Zandalari and Mogu against them). You don't feel really feel any of that. The names of the talents are thematic to it at least.

"Overwhelming Flurry" itself is an overarching system that you play into and not much else interaction besides mechanical elements of stats, that they've somehow manage to cover every secondary and tertiary stat except Indestructible, and while acknowledging WW's 8yr old scaling problem via Versatility giving Crit in a capstone. It remains to be seen if BrM or WW will be receiving any redesigns or reworks, however a lot of the talents seem to not fit the class - for example hitting something 5 times in 2 seconds, multiple times as it stacks, is only achievably in maybe 2 abilities.

Overall it comes off a bit...bland, and uninspired. My biggest problem is that this could fit Feral or Rogue, possibly better, and there wouldn't be a difference. Very curious how it pans out visually, as in if the flurry swaps between different attacking animations (new? old?) or just a singular animation like the MoP Legendary Cloak; I can see the latter given it's Monk.

Soooo DK's got everything Palas wanted since the inception of Consecration and Divine Steed?

I AM happy for them and hope it ships since it fits perfectly, but blizzard bruh you just did us real dirtyIm a sucker for mounted combat and just prefer pala class fantasy over DK but I quess now its time for me to make my alt my main xd

I'd be totally down if we both got mounted combat gimmick tho!

Like maybe make Unrelenting Charger talent in Templar tree similar to Death Charge in Rider of the Apocalypse (7s duration as it is now with all talents but also activates freedom at the same time, it would still be worse on a single cast but better when both charges are used. BUT if DK talents into the Death's Echo way into the tree theirs is better when both charges are used!) and make the other option be the same for pala as it is for dk mounted combat in outdoor combat.

ALSO please give prot a talent to let consecration follow them since dk get it with Mograines buff, if not all the time maybe when they use steed!

DK and Paladin lore is very intertwined so It would fit if their kits had similar aspects

(PS: this is mainly as feedback for blizz and I am 100% willing to take nerfs to dmg and survivability to get the same/similar mobility DK will be getting)

i find this entire system so odd, why not actually make so 2 specs merge or anything new.
this dosnt feel new in any kind of way. its almost like we had it in wotlk when you had access to all spells (exept talents) that all 3 specs had.

Comment by Runitdown123

Druid of the Claw looking like a massive banger. I'm already looking forward to trying that. Bigger finishers for Feral and the ability to do more damage when offtanking as bear? Hell yes.

Comment by Kashra

Someone else said it but I want to build on it, 4th specs (Sorry druids) would have been nice:

DK - for me personally I love the flow of blood and hate the other specs but don't want to tank, bring back blood dps (In wraith all specs could tank or DPS based on their presence (one of three themed by spec but any spec could use them) so blood DPS did exist). When they removed presences I honestly though frost would tank as frost present was the one for tanks (blood was for self heals and DPS, frost was armor, stam and damage reduction and unholy was movement speed and haste).

Paladin - ranged holy DPS, easy

Warrior - mid range or full range bow, spear (javelin) class

Hunter - easy Dark Hunter, ranged DoT OR a tanking spec where you become the beast and the hunter takes the back seat as passive DPS

Shaman - earth (Azeroth) spec, tank. We can already use shields, add weapon enchantment for armour and talents, done.

DH - wait for the light patch and add two specs (unlike Illidan you accepted the Naruu blessing). Healing and ranged DPS (probably holy). By story you reject the demon but for gameplay you still can.

Druid - already has four.

Monk - ranged physical or give another buff class

Rogue - evasion tank or DOT healer (anti posion based for theme or tinker but people want that as DPS).

Mage - Ice (or spell blade) tank with illusion (what are you hiding?) weapons or look at the arcane healer from SoD.

Priest - expand holy's DPS cycle

Warlock - DoT based healer (aka I reversed the dot damage) or a tank spec (it existed for a few fights back in the day, either via the pet or become the demon).

No I don't have one for evoker as the are newer and these are long held ideas but based on aug buffs they could have a tanking class.
