You can use Blessed Medallion of Karabor or Fractured Necrolyte Skull to get to Black Temple quickly.
They are not warglaives, they’re swords. Nevertheless, dh will still be the class clown (pun not intended lol) of all the classes, by far.
Interesting side effect of having two Timewalkings running at the same time: if you didn't do your Legion Timewalking already, you get both The Swirling Vial and Whispering Felflame from your first one - the quest item that gives you 500 Timewarped Badges on return. Fast way of getting 1000 of them :) But you still do need to do 5 of both for the weekly quests.
