Most of the reagents are from horrific visions. I wonder where one would get the recipe though. Anyways, I'm off to level Khaz Jewelcrafting.

So far what i have learned is that you can not get this pattern while in the old visions of Ogrimmar, they have to be the revisited ones that were released with this patch. The crafting materials are also only available in the new version as well.

The pattern drops from a goblin that is located inside the Blacksmithing hut at /way 82 23. Unless they have changed the borders with the new content, it would be a good idea to bring a GOOD healer as you take massive damage while outside of the borders of the corrupted areas.

I am still in the process of trying to unlock the ability to do the new visions on my JC, i am unsure if you need to have completed the old ones to get the cloak or not but i am 9 runs in towards building up the cloak just in case.

You need at least 1 mask active. Otherwise the border of the vision doesn't let you go to the proper building, and the mob isn't there !
Don't make the same mistake as I did :)

Something that nobody else has mentioned is that you need to have the recipe OR the orb from Keech before you can start gathering any of the items from visions. You can't see the bars or get any of the drops until then!

On top of that the items are unique; which means you can only make one cat every two weeks per character. (i.e. if you start during Orgrimmar you can get the plans and the orb from Keech, but you still need the gems from Valeera the next week and vice versa. The rest of the items you can get from either vision but those two items need the specific vision up).

Edit to say you need the recipe OR the orb that drops; which I found out a bit later after making this comment. You need one or the other; I know because I saw no drops at all whatsoever last week before getting the plans and when I run with people without the orb they don't get drops, but after killing Keech they started getting them!

I received some of the materials in the end chests from Org with 1 mask and I somehow looted the orb from big keech and the bar by the mobs on the right as you enter the valley of honor. I am not a JC on this character I am an eng/herb and I have not gotten the recipe yet to craft it on any of my characters!

Obtained from TWW Season 2 Horrific Vision event, 20 May 2025 until <end date unknown>.

*Important: Dinacti reported that killing Big Keech with non-JC gets the mats to start dropping. Can then public work order after. This means you don't need to be a JC at all to get this mount.

Need at least 1 mask. Recommend Faceless Mask of the Nemesis, which is better than no mask. An elite comes every 25 mobs killed, giving you 50/100/150 free sanity (dependent on your elite tribute).
You can LOOT Design: Void-Crystal Panther with level 1 jewelcrafting. You need 30 Jewelcrafting to LEARN it.
Big Keech drops this pattern for JCs during the Horrific Visions event in TWW Season 2. He is inside a hut at /way 72.4, 35.3 in Valley of Honor (west side). He is NOT out of bounds.
Design: Void-Crystal Panther is soulbound, the mats are warbound.
As soon as you loot Design: Void-Crystal Panther, mats for the Void-Crystal Panther start dropping in the same run (even before you learn the pattern).

If you are using your main like I did farm the rest of the mats for the mount, and did not get any items to spawn on the altar or treasure chests, what helped me was to put the Void-Bound Orb of Mystery in my main's bag, and it started spawning for everything. Shadow-Infused Onyx start spawning out of my chests (all of them with 1 mask min) and I finally saw a Black Blood Infused Bar appear on the altar (again 1 mask min).

It may be due to my JC alt being able to learn the recipe straight away? It may work in my warbound chests too, but didn't test. Either way, doesn't matter, for now will keep Void-Bound Orb of Mystery in my bag. :)

What is the point of making all materials warbound when the recipe is soulbond?
I dont wanna run HV on my Jwc alt… Or unlearn my current profesion on my main so I can learn Jwc…

The Unusual Gems don't fall from Valeera's chest. You have to beat Shaw in Old town, and then also take down Alleria. They drop from Shaw's chest once you complete he and Valeera both.

Tested that today. Just going straight to Valeera didn't do it. I had to buff up my tree and go all the way to Shaw in Old Town, beat him and then take down Valeera at the end to get the chests to spawn to get the Unusual Gems.

Not sure if that's a bug, but I'm pretty sure I learned the design after looting it from Big Keech on one of my 3 JCs, but it's nowhere to be found.
I have all materials, but none of my characters has learned it or can craft it.
So weird... well, another week to loot it again.
