Start with ethos of war part 2, click it as u stand on it, because u cant mount in there. i had almost 2mins left when i had all the books :)

Make sure you also do the similar achievement Bookworm so you don't have to purchase yet another potion. :)

It appears the three "queen books" don't give progress at the moment, I've read all three plaques across 2 uses of the translation item to no effect.

It would appear if you have completed the quests to obtain Siesbarg as a mount, that you can't then do these achievements on the same character, as the NPC Siesbarg is gone. I made him a mount. Can't see any comments or anything to advise he would be anywhere else. So be sure to complete these achieves first or have another alt ready to do them.

You buy Potion of Polymorphic Translation: Nerubian from Siesbarg here: /Way 45.10 13 Siesbarg - City of Threads
It will give you a 10 minute buff to "read" the books. The stage is completed half a second after clicking the book / scroll. But let the cast finish just to be sure.
I made a macro, pasted the coordinates (split in four), stood by the first book and had all the markers down before drinking the potion.

I completed this and Bookworm in one go with three minutes to spare on a prot warrior. I would think it's even faster and easier on a druid with flightform and stealth.

I couldn't find Ethos of War, Part 3 or 4. No idea why!

For Ethos of War Part 3 and 4 they were not spawning so it seems that some sort of quest can phase you in the area because once i party sync'd with a character who hasnt quested in Azj-Kahet at all i was immediately phased into a phase were the scrolls were spawned

For those of you who want to be time-efficient while achievement hunting: You get the achievement progress as soon as you right-click the scrolls/books, so you don't have to wait for the "Reading" cast to finish.

For anyone like me who doesn't want to rush the achievements, just buy multiple versions of the potion and use them when the last one runs out :)

Tunnel entrance to Ethos Part 1 is at /way 64.7, 29.7

If you are not seeing Part 3 or Part 4, you may need to finish any quests in the area as you may be phased out. I was doing the "drop the banner / Defend the General" quest and the two pages were not there. Did the quest, turned it in and came back and the area mobs and pages were there.

If you made Siesbarg into a mount, there is an NPC called Siesbarg's Replacement instead that sells the potion.

Treatise on Forms: Sages - cant initially see it when you enter the room, walk around to the back of the desk and its leaning on the desk

All the books in City of Threads are inside buildings.
The Ethos of Wars look like scrolls, the two in Siegehold are inside while the other two (not sure what the area's called, but Kaheti Silk Hauler spawns there about) are outside (under the tent/gazebo structures)
