If you use a Keybind for mounting up, here's a simple Macro to make sure you can use the same keybind for Undermine and the rest of the world:

/cast G-99 Breakneck
/cast mount name

Just replace "mount name" with the name of your regular mount and you'll be good to go.

Macro with this and random mount, which also acts as a dismount button, and will not spam your screen with error messages:
/leavevehicle
/dismount
/stopmacro
/run UIErrorsFrame:SuppressMessagesThisFrame()
/cast G-99 Breakneck
/run C_MountJournal.SummonByID(0)
In case you want to always summon a vendor mount (like Reins of the Grand Expedition Yak) when holding down the ALT key, use something like this:
/leavevehicle
/dismount
/stopmacro
/cast Grand Expedition Yak
/stopmacro
/run UIErrorsFrame:SuppressMessagesThisFrame()
/cast G-99 Breakneck
/run C_MountJournal.SummonByID(0)
Adjust to the mount you prefer, and substitute "alt" for "shift" or "ctrl" if you want to use a different modifier.
Just keep in mind there's a macro limit of 255 characters.

Hate this mount and even more hate the way it was implemented. It's not in your mount tab, it's not in your spellbook. How the FFFFFFFF do you find it?
