Overview – Rotmire catalyzes the growth of new fungal minions with [Awaken Fungi].
Upon reaching 100 energy, Rotmire creates a [Fungal Bloom] that grows [Bursting Shrooms] from minions' corpses.
- Tanks –
  Rotmire inflicts heavy damage to his current target with [Putrid Fist].
  [Fungal Bloom] grows deadly [Bursting Shrooms] from minions' corpses.
- Damage Dealers –
  [Awaken Fungi] grows fungal minions from the earth.
  [Fungal Bloom] grows deadly [Bursting Shrooms] from minions' corpses.
- Healers –
  Rotmire inflicts massive damage to all players with [Fungal Bloom].
  [Festering Vines] inflict heavy damage to several players.
  The [Rotting Pustules] leftover from [Bursting Pustules] inflict steadily increasing damage over time.
Cross Fertilization – On Mythic difficulty, a Doom Shroom is created if a Shroomling corpse comes within 10 yards of a Fungling corpse.
- Bursting Doom Shroom – The shroom explodes, inflicting 2068199 Nature damage to all players and an additional 206820 Nature damage every 1 sec for 20 sec.
Awaken Fungi – Rotmire blooms with fungal growths that rapidly explode, inflicting 60 Nature damage to players within 6 yards of their locations and knocking them away.
Creates a fungal minion.

- Sporecap
  - Poison Burst – The Sporecap emits a burst of poisonous spores, inflicting 232672 Nature damage to all players and an additional 25852 Nature damage every 1 sec for 16 sec. This effect stacks.
  - Blightshot – The Sporecap shoots a glob of poison at a player, inflicting 77557 Nature damage.
Fungal Bloom – Rotmire unleashes a putrid miasma, inflicting 336082 Nature damage to all players, with an additional 61926 Nature damage every 1 sec for 16 sec, and knocking them away.
The spores empower fungal minions, applying Fungal Frenzy and healing them for 100% of their maximum health. Creates a Bursting Shroom at each fungal corpse.
- Bursting Shroom – The shroom explodes, inflicting 413640 Nature damage to all players.
- Fungal Frenzy – Putrid spores enrage the fungal minion, increasing its damage by 25% and movement speed by 25%, and granting it immunity to crowd control effects and interrupts.
Festering Vines – Rotmire wraps several players in thorny vines, inflicting 103410 Nature damage every 1 sec and decreasing their movement speed by 30%.
Upon expiration, the vines snap apart, inflicting 30 Nature damage to players within 4.5 yards and leaving behind Writhing Vines.
- Writhing Vines – Writhing vines inflict 129262 Nature damage every 1 sec to players within the area.
Bursting Pustules – Rotmire bursts several bulging pustules on its back, inflicting 14 Nature damage to all players and gaining an application of Rotting Pustules for each burst.
- Rotting Pustules – A rotting wound that inflicts 1810 Nature damage to all players every 1 sec. This effect stacks.
Putrid Fist – Rotmire smashes its current target with a rotting fist, inflicting 1292625 Physical damage and knocking the player upwards. Increases Physical damage taken by 75% for 16 sec. This effect stacks.
