So it's just a copy of your action buttons basically but at a different spot in your screen
So i cant track a simple buff like from tier set or something like this? So its completely useless?
Blizzard wants to put Weak auras out of business but it wont happen.
I am very happy to hear that Blizzard finally taking responsibility for their UI to work properly, I think most ppl can agree the current one simply doesn't cut it. However seeing this I sense it's going to be a loooong journey. This is great news though!
dead on arrival because they said there wont be debuff tracking
For those unaware, a HUD (heads up display) allows for faster reactions to your abilities and prevents rapid eye movement that can cause headaches for prolonged gaming. Most popular and typically high ranked players use this style of display. Not only because it's efficient, they can even get rid of most their actionbars altogether once they've memorized any non-critical spell keybinds that doesn't need to be tracked with a timer. Do you really need to see shadowstrike, cheap shot, slam, shadow bolt, etc.. plenty of spells and abilities you can just remove from a visible actionbar, clears space on your overall view, and now you can pay attention to things even better in-game. The entire point is to improve gameplay where it makes sense. This makes sense.Looking forward to trying this out! One thing I'm hopeful for is optional glow colors on spells. I like to set specific glow colors on spells on a priority basis. Or just for aesthetic flavor.
Hopefully its something you can turn off takes way toomuch screen space.
Extremely useless. Shows how insanely out of touch they are to think anyone would use this when add-ons allow for customized tracking, like tier set buffs. Please do something useful like add a DR tracker to the game.
I'm all for this. I'll obviously still use weak auras, but it's nice to have an in-game tools in the case of new updates and something with add-ons break or for situations where I travel and use a different platform than my home PC to play WoW.
Appreciate the effort, will stick to my weakauras until even further improvements.
This paragraph alone makes it not worth the effort “You can't remove or add spells to any sections, or create new sections for other tracking like trinket procs or on-use effects.”
It was an importunity to allow to track a list of arena allies/ennemies abilities, which is very tedious to maintain considering everything changes every patchesIf only it can replace omnicc, omnicd, gladiusex and all...those are hard to maintain and sometimes are not maintained
