SamadanBMAH and the BrutosaurMighty Caravan BrutosaurI am trying to figure out the best methods of getting a brutosaur from BMAH in 2024.

Since 10.1.5 gold is allow to be trade between servers, however, you need to be level 70 to even view the BMAH. We know the brutosaur is spawning with Data for Azeroth , however, there are also 104 different BMAH clusters. There is also the mad search at 1:30 am (CST) because it will be gold cap once the buyer finds one.

Before I started my journey, I just thought once I hit the magical 9,999,999 gold cap the hard would be over. I was wrong. I am now in a painful grind on alts just in hope of another shot on a different server. It doesn't help the reset time is 1:30 am my time which most days I can't do due to work in the morning.

Here is my opinion of getting the brutosaur, if your dead set on getting it.

Get a second account, so you can move gold between servers. You can't mail gold directly to you from one server to another.
Target low to medium pop servers to level on, and make sure you don't roll on the same BMAH cluster.
Be Lucky.

In strange way, I feel that owning a brutosaur is sollidifying yourself as a goblin. I hope Blizzard will make a change BMAH or create a new mount that is something similar.

Thank you for reading from a tired goblin who is sick of leveling his 10th holy priest on another dead server.I've been checking about 20 toons a night for about 9 months I've lost the bronto bout 5 times the one night it was on my main server with all my gold before I got my 2nd account I got covid and had a high fever I was sleeping in my chair alarm went off and didn't have the energy to push the power button on my pc. I think actually last week I was typing in 9999999 and I hit bid on a bronto and thought I had won clicked on again to check "your bid" and it didn't say it, my adrenaline was so high my hands were shaking lol. Karma is I bought the zg raptor and dipped into my bronto funds and it came around again on my main server and I didn't have the gold.What I did was camp my main server for 6 months straight.

Capped it in less than 5 seconds on one of the largest realms in EU.

Have the gcap amount copied to your clipboard and refresh fast as it’s about to reset.

It is an AH mount, it is for economic players, Which are hard for Blizzard to reward otherwise, especially with the "Gimme gimme" crowd demanding that every reward in the game be easy, cheap and fast to obtain. Even when there's an expensive mount or mog, It's still just a cosmetic, they can't really let us buy "power" with gold either.

So the only interesting reward for an economic player is really more utility, like a fancy AH mount or toy with useful effect. That's why I think they should keep making new ones, or other new ideas for "npc buddy" mounts. Even just more types of vendor mounts offering different items, would go a long way.Comment by tooltipBfa was perfectly capable to make brutosaur gold or even higher even without relying AT ALL on legion or wod missions: you could get 1-2 mill per month with gold emissaries if you had a lot of toons, completely not reliant on AH.

Also the reason for removal wasn't prestige, they didn't want it to become as common as the yak and tundra mammoth, they didn't want to see AH everywhere.alsoleave the bruto off.... this game has almost zero items to show off anymore. mythic gear and appearances are given away like candy. mounts come back as recolors all the time, and the bruto is one of the last items that have that proud factor of "hey, here's my bruto AH mount i worked really hard for in the @#$%ties xpac alive"

There are always the PvP Gladiator elite sets, mounts and titles; pre-expansion launch items; AotC / KSM season mounts; Collector's Edition goodies (like the Mini Diablo pet); real-life special events (Mini Tyrael pet or Blizzard Bear mount); promotional events like the recent one for Hearthstone's 10th Anniversary. And speaking of anniversaries, there is also the achievements from the WoW's Anniversary events over the years, some of which also came with a pet (Baby Blizzard Bear) and/or mount (Core Hound from defeating special version of Ragnaros) that are either unobtainable or available only through the BMAH.

Going back to obtain old gear has always been a time-honored tradition in WoW even before Raid Finder and Mythic difficulty were added to the game. Heck, even before the transmogrification system was added in patch 4.3.0. And quite frankly, I'm glad Blizzard is finally listening to reason by removing the learning restriction on BoP items in the upcoming The War Within expansion so you won't have to do runs on multiple characters.

Personally, I am a fan of re-colors since we'll never have a dye system in WoW. Players should be able to have something in multiple variations so that they can go with a color that he/she enjoys. (I'm rather partial to blue colors myself.)

Don't misunderstand, five million gold was and still is a lot of gold, but that is all that was required. I don't consider that something to be on par with, for example, the "Tribute to Insanity" achievements.

Things shouldn't be deprived from others without really good reason, and even then should be utilized sparingly. If you only find self-worth through exclusivity, that is unfortunate and you should seek mental care.

I don’t see the “we’re gonna see it everywhere” reason valid at all simply due to the fact that only a thin portion of wow players have 10 mil gold, yes I think it should be added back to a vendor for 10 million gold for a very short time maybe each year or whatever Blizz decides is better so it is fair to everyone even to those who paid 10 for it and 10 for the boost from a service selling group. It would also be a big payday as this will lead to a lot of tokens sold but also not hyper inflate with brutosaurs as not everyone can afford to dump 500 bucks for tokens. It’s just a win-win situation. I am currently checking the bmah on reset every night on 10 servers, done the exact same pattern for 44 days and on the 45th I decided to shuffle the order a bit, little did I know it will spawn exactly on the one I was always checking first :’) a thing like this really messes with you because it’s literally like a mockery, I have slept only once at my gf in the last close to 2 months so “I can camp the brutosaur” I really want this grind to end and enjoy that good longboi man.
