This costs 100 pet charms and has a 1 minute cooldown. You can see it in action in the video here go to 7:25. It is pretty awesome! :)

This toy gives your summoned pet a spectral appearance that lasts as long as it remains at your side with a 1 min CD. It is sold by Giada Goldleash (H) and Tiffy Trapspring (A) at your Garrison Menagerie for 100 Shiny Pet Charms.

Both vendors also sell:
-Bloodthorn Hatchling (a battle pet) for 50 charms.
-Indestructible Bone (a toy for your Perky Pug) for 50 charms.
-Dusty Sporewing (a battle pet) for 50 charms.
-Glowing Sporebat (a battle pet) for 100 charms.
-Lost Netherpup (a battle pet) for 200 charms.
-Magic Pet Mirror (a toy which lets you look like your battle pet) for 500 charms.

Be careful when purchasing/wanting to return this toy, it will not give you a refund of your pet charms and only be sold for 1 copper when you try to return it to the vendor, unlike the Indestructible Bone that will give a full refund. Not sure if bug or intended.
