I haven’t tested this yet (because specialization knowledge points are so critically precious at this stage).

It seems the first unlock will increase your chance to get extra Rousing elements when looting primal elemental mobs you kill; with each knowledge point in the specialization increasing that chance.

At 10 points of knowledge in Primal Extraction, the enchanter learns the Elemental Shatter skill. That gives the player a 10 minute buff, at the (currently expensive) cost of an Awakened element.

At 20 points, you can craft a pet.

When the specialization is complete (40 points) the buff from the Elemental Shatter skill also gives you a skill increase when crafting using the element that you used to get the buff.

(Personally, this is going to be my lowest priority specialization to complete. I’ll unlock it to get the increased element drops, but not in a rush for the rest.)

As it currently exists, this trait might be the biggest bait in 10.0's profession system. Make sure to read the text carefully. Despite the fact that it exists in a profession specialization dedicated to improving disenchanting, this trait does not provide rousing elements when disenchanting items.

It increases the drop chance of rousing elements when killing elemental mobs, and even then only a meager amount. The "percent increase" is a multiplier on the original drop chance, not a flat overall increase, i.e. a mob that has a 30% chance to drop rousing elements will have 30% * 1.XX chance with this trait, where X is the amount of points you've invested into it. Doing the math, at a full 40 points invested you'd increase that mob's rousing element drop chance from 30% to 42%. For a full 40 point spend. Ludicrously bad, and misleading to boot.

From what I can tell, without testing it of course. 40 points in this would help success rates of Hard to 3 star enchants? Does this like a reasonable conclusion? Though it doesnt say how it would help the success rates it suggests it improves your skill.
