Any idea how to spawn it ?

I messed around in the zone in what was essentially a private shard (only saw 2 other people) for about 5 hours before seeing this guy, saw the other rares multiple times. It only spawned after I started killing the plain Sporebats on either side of the steps to the Nexus Port. I killed about 15 of them before it showed up. This is just a THEORY, feel free to try and comment below.

Edit: I should add it did not spawn on an interval of 20 minutes, it spawned about a minute after Broxion.
Edit2: Killed 6 more and it spawned again. Maella also DOES emote when it spawns, even outside the 20 minute timer. Finally, before it spawns, a stealthed Flowering Hal'hadar will appear before the sporebat lands.

Showdown Slugger: Val ( 6 from 10 Rare to Slay You can do it on Val Normal ) achievements Criteria of A Trip Around the Stars
If You will do only on Heroic will count on Normal as well.

We have in total 10 Rare mobs in Naigtal same in Val, Is looks like Debuff has been added now when Rare Spawn You can't attack him in first 3 min and is looks line they are not moving in first 3 min after spawn Enveloped in Shadows.

Val or Naigtal Respawn 20 min 1 mob in time not all, Look on Group Finder -> Premade Groups -> Custom -> in title Rare Naigtal

On Heroic Mode in Val or Naigtal i get drop item 256 ilvl Fungal Fold Frock and Petrified Mushroom Shoulderplates,

Naigtal Rare list + location where i kill them:

3. Auredar's Chassis /way 72.42 72.20 in crypt/ Enter Crypt at /way 27.96 49.74,
