She's in a cave in Antoran Wastes northeastern part with 3 other Imp Mothers. Don't know if they change this in a later PTR build but right now she's somehow submerged, you see her nameplate but you can not target or attack her.

You need to kill imps in the cave to loot Imp Meat. Don't panic if there's an error when you try to use this meat, you need 100 to be able to create a Disgusting Feast. Use that feast in front of her pool and she will spawn.

She uses Bad Breath and Imps! (to spawn lots of Rebellious Imp using Felfire Bolt).

Killed her one time without problems, a second try another day failed because she resetted at some point and then I was killed by Paraxis Artillery. She didn't submerge but then was constantly resetting (or using a weird heal-back-to-full mechanic by yelling "I am hungry" and consuming surrounding imps? idk)

Chance to drop Rebellious Imp

In PTR Build 7.3.0.24744 it's possible that The Paraxis will hit you in Mother Rosula's cave (!), even with the zone-wide alarm it can be hard to avoid that.

Mother Rosula rare mob can be found in Antoran Wastes.

Location: 65.5 26.6 (Entrance)

World Quest: Den of Fiends

She is inside the cave, hiding in a pool at the opposite side of Imp mother mob.
Collect 100 Imp Meat and combine to get Disgusting Feast.
Use that to summon her.

She has 164 million HP, summons some burly imps, and sheeps you. I suggest bringing friends or being really beefy before attempting this boss.

A very easy (if tedious and long) rare to solo as a warrior.
Has 2 attacks + rarely meeles.
1. Spawns a ton of adds using Imps! - Each one refreshes Victory Rush so health is not a problem with enough cleave.
2. Uses Bad Breath. It's a frontal cone that polymorphs you, and deals plenty of damage. It's not targetted so you can just sidestep it.

Do be aware that her Bad Breath is very akin to the Bad Breath from the infamous Malboro's in the Final Fantasy series. If you're hit, it'll apply a variety of status affects! Luckily, it doesn't add petrification to the mix, and give you just about an instant game over. :P

Do you need to farm the 100 pieces of meat to make the feast to summon her every day or is she like the many-faced devourer and squadron commander in that you do it once and can summon her each day?

For players that, like me, plan to farm the mounts and other collectibles daily, I have compiled a set of macros with the tom-tom waypoints for rares that drop mounts. I used previous comments by others, especially Boxofbeer, as well as Wowhead maps to compile the coordinates.

It appears that the pet is tradable/cageable so you can bring friends along who aren't pet collectors so they can so kindly give it to you. The cave itself is up on the sky walk, and not down on the ground. Entrance on the sky walk is at 65.5 26.5.
Simply:
1. Kill the Felspawn Imps for a chance at them dropping the the Imp Meat
2. Collect 100 Imp Meat
3. Combine into a Disgusting Feast
4. Place the feast in the back of the cave in front of the fel pool with fish bones.
5. Kill Mother Rosula

So I would like to point out (that at least for me) this "rare" is bugged and currently always displayes a GOLD elite portrait instead of silver one BUT I am still able to loot it daily it appears despite the deceiving gold frame.

This seems to be the only rare, at least in the Antoran Wastes, that requires you to grind the mats to summon it every time. Squadron Commander Vishax, once you've made his portal, is available any time. So is the Many-Faced Devourer once you've made the bone fetish.

The description of the location here is very bad (or at least I was very confused). If you look at the map of Antoran Wastes towards the top there is a circle with 3 bridges going off of it, the rightmost bridge ends at this cave (I've been having a hard time getting Tom Tom to work correctly).

As you follow around inside the cave you'll see 2 elite Imp Mothers and at the end of the cave the pool where Puscilla will spawn (this mob drops a mount by the way). Across from the 2nd Imp Mother (to the right) there is an alcove with a pool and several big fish head bones, that's where you get Mother Rosula to spawn.

You get Mother Rosula to spawn by farming Imp Meat off the imps in the cave. Stupidly they don't always drop it (who knew some imps didn't have meat) and it can take awhile, once you have 100 you combine the meat to form the feast and drop it by the pool that I mentioned above.

The big question is when can you do this, I did it and she came up as an elite (not as a rare as I would have expected). She did not drop the pet and I'm guessing she has to be a rare. So as someone suggested you may have to wait till she shows up as a star on the map (makes no sense to me).

And yes, you need to farm for the feast every time.

Personally I'm going to wait and buy the pet in ah, not worth all this time and trouble.

Please note that you need to kill Felspawn imps for the meat to drop. Felfire Imps DO NOT drop meat.

I'm assuming this is a fairly blatent referance to "Mother Russia". I don't know where the name comes from, but I believe it has to do with the Russians calling Russia "the Motherland", and thus Mother Russia.

In the late 80's a band called Sisters of Mercy also did a song called Mother Russia.

Just attempted to spawn her. The "rare star" is showing up on the minimap, and NPC scan even did a little ding, but she is nowhere to be found. Anyone else with this issue?

As a note, if Puscilla is also up, farm the meat, summon Mother Rosula, hop in the warframe and if you're quick you can kill both rares w/ one warframe summon.

To spawn Mother Rosula you must get 100 x Imp Meat to create a Disgusting Feast.

The cave where Puscilla and Mother Rosula are located are full of Felspawn Imp's and it took me around three minutes to get the 100 pieces of Imp Meat. These imps respawn quick!

When creating Disgusting Feast, Mother Rosula will ping up on your silverdragon or npc scan, but she will not actually spawn until the feast in placed in her pool (the one with the fish bones).

I found that Mother Rosula when spawned was not a "rare elite" but a standard elite mob, but can confirm that is still counts for achievement Commander of Argus.

I'm not sure if this was a bug or there is a certain range you need to stay in, but Mother Rosula reset about three times while I was fighting her. I would suggest not moving too far backwards out of her little cove in order to prevent this from happening to you!

She can only be looted once per character each day; in accordance with Argus rares, despite the fact she isn't a rare.

She bugged on me. 03MAR2019

An Alliance character (Warmode On) had just killed her (I'm Horde) and her corpse was still there. I tried to spawn her, and my feast did nothing. Waste of 100 meat :(

Farmed up the 100 meat again, corpse was still there, but tried again. This time, worked as normal.

The quest tracking ID for Mother Rosula is 48970.

You can use this to alter the daily completion macro created by them222 which can be found in the comment sections of most Argus rares here on wowhead:

Something that hasn't been said: her yellow star won't be visible until you've made the disgusting feast by combining 100 imp meat. As soon as you have the item to summon her, she will appear as a rare on the minimap. It took me under 1 minute to make the feast, the imps spawn basically instantly.

This rarespawn seems bugged, I have made the feast and placed it 3 times into the pool and nothing has happened, I have not killed the rare previously.
