It's weird just how oddly good the santa hat looks on him. XD Kinda want a heavy metal version of Carol of the Bells or some such to be playing during the boss fight now. lol
He does actually have a christmas hat in phase 1 aswell, it's just really dark and much smaller and blends in to his head, but it's definitely there.
He definitely has it during P1 as well. It's just MUCH darker and harder to see. It's more like 2 slightly different shades of purple on top of eachother. All the purple swirly fog and void magic make it blend in a lot more.
