Stop pushing people to burn carved crests on Veteran gear. It's actively bad. Save your crests for the champion gear you can trivially get from M0 or delves after reset.

the patch is running for months, all I do this week is maybe check 1-2 class changes
I did all the weekly quests and got 0 gear from the caches. :(

Has anyone else only got 1 piece of gear? I did every weekly and only got 1 piece of gear.
Hold onto chests for the weekly reset. Did that from last season and opened them Tuesday and got a load of new crests.
Best thing you can do is to take the time and familiarize yourself with all the new encounters you're going to be wiping on in LFR :)
Wish that some toons weren't bugged and could get more than crests and coffer keys from the loot boxes.
