This is the blizzard you fellas love. This company is a joke when it comes to releasing content. Timegate everything to the max. You might as well make a timegate login into the game.
The only scenario where I would be okay with this is if they are changing some aspect of the quest compared to what we saw on the PTR and need some time to finish it. I know there were some people who reacted poorly to the story decisions made in the quest, and some characters like Modera (who are referenced to be alive after Dalaran) still haven’t shown up as far as I know. And still no idea what happened to some of the other Council members.

Timegated content is the main reason why I stopped caring about new patches/xpacs a long time ago.
I really love this shadowlands mentality of all content they've been deeveloping for TWW thus far. /sTHey really need to move away from timegating content. IT is really stupid annoying. If I have time to play, and you put content in your GAME, then LET. ME. PLAY. IT.
