Elemental

Fixed an issue causing Mastery: Elemental Overload to not increase damage from all pets.

Warlock

Increased the threat generation of voidwalkers’ and felguards’ Threatening Presence.

Delves

Addressed scaling issues causing enemies in Delves to deal more damage than intended, especially for groups and tanks.

Developers’ notes: Over the last day, we’ve sought to address the unintended circumstance where certain group compositions made the health of enemies lower than they would be if you went into a Delve by yourself. We also tried moving some of the harder affixes from first appearing in Tier 9 and above into Tier 8. The results were not what we hoped for. We’ve now brought enemy damage back down closer to our targets, the most-difficult affixes have been sent back to Tier 9, and scaling adjustments should make group and solo play less lethal.

Nightfall Sanctum

Resolved an issue where players could get stuck in combat after dying to Speaker Davenruth.

The Underkeep

Reduced Crazed Abominations’ health.

The Waterworks

Waxface’s Throw Wax damage done reduced by ~15%.
Waxface should not immediately begin casting a new spell upon completion of Noxious Gas.

Dungeons and Raids

Nerub-ar Palace

Silken Court

When Binding Webs is broken by immunity, it will now correctly remove it from ally and they will no longer falsely appear connected.
Triggering intermissions while a boss is stunned will no longer cause Anub’arash or Takazj to stay during the other’s intermission.

Events

Awakening the Machine

Addressed an issue causing the Awakened Phalanx to become stuck in an unattackable state.

Items and Rewards

Class Set items purchased with Web-Wrapped Curio or Mark of the Spelunker Supreme should now be refundable.
Fixed a bug where reaching Renown Rank 11 with the Council of Dornogal was not presenting a quest with Carved Harbinger Crests as a reward.
Warbound-until-Equipped gear obtained from seasonal legacy dungeons should now have correct item levels. This fix is retroactive.

Quests

Pale Weavelashers should now respawn accordingly in the Silken Ward, improving the local quests and the World Quest “Enforcer Extermination”.
“Zekvir, Hand of the Harbinger” no longer requires that you complete the Delve seasonal journey.
In Azj-Kahet, “Special Assignment: A Pound of Cure” has been adjusted to be faster to complete.

And that's it? Literally nothing is fixed... Delves are still overtuned like hell. Where is proper 50%+ HP and damage across the board nerfs as intended?

These Blizzard developers are absolutely clueless, incompetent and out of touch...(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##TOMRUS##DELIM##

putting t9 stuff into t8 was stupid and im glad its gone

Comment by Kamraten

Good to revert the dumb hotfix to Delves. But please make them solely solo content to avoid stuff like this in the future. Multiplayer still exists in M+ and Raid, they don't need delves too.

Typical wow player to whine about something before even testing it or knowing what was even fully changed. I did all 4 delvs solo before the change so i think you just suck.

Comment by thatguy8878

While clearly not all of the changes so far have been good, like those earlier Delve changes, it's heartening to not have more fixes take forever.

Comment by ferallynx

Thank you for fixing the issue with the shaman's ancestors/pets and mastery. This makes the upcoming flat damage nerf for elemental more reasonable.

Comment by Terokarr

So they fixed nothing in regards to tuning and even reverted the enemy damage nerf in solo delves?

I love you TOMRUS, never change you beautiful soul.

Thanks for letting us play and pay extra for well over a month for extra beta testing time. we all knew this xpac was dropped to *!@#$ early.

People who were capable of soloing high lvl delves were punished to oblivion like my self. Not interested in doing the content ever again. Youve ruined it by stealth buffing everything by well over 30+% without warning.

Play your own game next time, dont force it upon the players to beta test for you. Its not our game.... its yours. We simply pay to play this trash heap. Not pay to beta test for free and in the mean time you expect all of us to be happy with you guys leaving classes either busted OP or just plain garbage.

Pathetic performance with this xpac. Maybe if you brought back some of the people you fired and stopped being so !@#$% woke you would be capable of making an actual good game again.

Again.... what a %^&*! joke the dev team has been for this xpac launch.

Well, that wasn't even a documented change. In all truth, it looks like part of it was reverted, about half based on testing before the notes went up.

I agree that some of the caster mobs need to get checked. Badly. Nobody solo is going to stop/mitigate all that damage. But equally, T8 is recommended for ilevel 600+. If you are going in at 580, it is gonna be rough. If you are at 600, it should be manageable (parts of it are not there yet). It should not be "10min cakewalk" at 600. That should be at 620 or beyond, which is more or less the ceiling for Delve-focused players (ie: People not playing M+ or Mythic Raid to get gear that is on Myth track)

Comment by johntravolta342

I'll have to see what delves feel like after these changes but hopefully they struck similar difficulty level for solo and group play. I loved how hard tier 8 delves felt on first day when I was playing solo but when I tried them in group they were a complete faceroll and that wasn't really fun.

I've also seen these 606 tanks clearing it with relative ease.
The problem is the massive (and I mean night and day) disparity between how delves feel going from spec to spec.

Just because you did it solo (and are probablty a god gamer right?) doesn't mean that there aren't any major problems with the tuning for most other of the specs out there.

Why would anyone do delves at 620+ ilvl when rewards are not here anymore (it caps at 616 if i'm not mistaken)? This makes no sense at all. It should be tuned to be cakewalk at recommended ilvl or even much lower than that.(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##TOMRUS##DELIM##

dont think its live just yet. upgraded my last piece to 606+, no achieve for outgrowing carved crests yet

Warlock

Increased the threat generation of voidwalkers’ and felguards’ Threatening Presence.

Thank god. Those two couldn't hold my hand much less my aggro in delves.

Comment by Fergie82

All the bugs and tuning issues since launch are just proof that Blizz released before it was ready and didn't want to push it's release back. I would have honestly prefered a pushed release to have a completed product that wasn't so buggy and tuned so poorly. Saddest part is they knew it wouldn't be ready a few months ago and still kept with the planned release date.

Comment by DoctorDave

Listening to the whining about the difficulty of the game mode that current is providing the best rewards for solo players the first week it is available while players have the weakest gear they will ever have is cinema.

Comment by HaseoThePKK

Assassination rogue Echoing reprimand not consuming Deathstalker deathmark has been hotfixed as well
