is that joke? Another wave of pruning is too much, I don't want another bfa with 0 skills, its not moba...
Bm hunter already was prunned now already death chakram is removed ffs. Hero talents don't add anything to bm as dark ranger is useless

For survival flaking strikes made into passive- I can understand but without death chakrams now this spec feels so laking, maybe prune it to 0 skills or delete spec, if you want bfa philosophy back, make 100 new classes cuz at this point i can play moba with such toolkit that has hundreds of "classes" like this

A very good first step in removing Death Chakram, but MM and Survival are still too bloated, especially in PVP.

I would put Explosive Shot on the chopping block too. Make it shoot passively every 5 aimed shots or something, or bake its effects into something else.

Or go with my idea.

Aimed Shot is now a 3 stage cast like Evoker spells.

Stage 1. Instant. Can't be cast while moving. Does the same damage as Arcane Shot, which will be removed as it becomes pointless.

Stage 2. 2 seconds cast. Just regular Aimed Shot.

Stage 3. 3 seconds cast. Aimed Shot also affects the target with Explosive Shot effect.

Paladins need some pruning. If you choose every active talent, will have 33 abilities.

You literally can't choose every active talent.

We're talking here about meta builds. Sure, you can make up a build with few buttons but it would be a garbage build that's inferior in performance to the meta build. So gimping yourself in order to escape the button bloat is not a solution.

People in general hate having a ton of buttons and cds and gimmicks and what not. Especially the new players. They just buy the game, level up their character, see the complicated rotations and the truckload of utility abilities, and then just nope out. Or perhaps they are smart and first check Icy Veins for how the spec is played, and Icy Veins shows them long list of crap for a rotation, and then they don't even buy the game as they got the hint on the spot.

The game may be easy for you, especially if you're a keyboard athlete or pve hero who doesn't even do pvp where you need absolutely everything in the spellbook PLUS the active pvp buttons PLUS the focus macros, but new players cba with this ^&*! and just choose to do something else, and that's why WoW's population is only going down very slowly because new players aren't coming in.

And removing one or two buttons is barely a first step. Some specs like feral druid and shamans need to be pruned with a chainsaw in order to make them appealing to more players and not just keyboard athletes and pve heroes. I was glad to see Blizzard did indeed use the chainsaw to prune Monks, so I hope they give ferals and shamans of all specs the same treatment.

your idea is trash, explain how survival is button bloated? You must be on something, hunter already is class that has less buttons in combat than characters in moba games

They just removing all the "shadowland flavour" and make it into normal baseline skills. Shadow chakram is one of those skills that you most cases fire and forget or hope to get into a burst window. They should just made it more "hunter themed" like they did with monks leaning away from "fay".

However, the replacements need to be more suitable. Most in the baseline key is very situational or does nothing at the end of the tree now so people will end up just picking all the crappy "5% flat stats"

It's hilarious how the only argument against pruning is crying about "crybabies." MM is still bloated. BM is fine.
