Hotfix for PvP Piercing Shots, Deep Wounds, Ignite - Wotlk Classic

Fixed an issue with Piercing Shots, Deep Wounds, and Ignite that causes them to sometimes do too much damage to players.

Despite being announced at blizzcon 5 months ago with emphasis on some changes literally nothing have came out from Blizzard about Cata other than a roadmap and that alpha dungeons will be a thing later on.
In 5 freaking months there's barely been any information, the beta even got delayed and when it was coming out the beta got announced the same day it dropped without warning and despite being out for a week now and Wowhead's datamining having started there's barely been any news posts on Wowhead about Cata, it really drives home the point that there isn't any content in the beta right now worth talking about.
Is it because they're super focused on SoD and neglecting the classic project? Are they short on time? Severely behind on work? Why are we still barely hearing anything about what's to come when the game is content starved with ICC looking to still be around 7-8 months long in a re-release that was presumably supposed to have a shorter lifecycle with smaller to no content droughts being one of the major perks?
