Well.. at this point Blizzard entertainment doesn't even know what their priorities are anymore. I am sorry but this is the truth.
This helps no one. INB4 the lock the comments because of the super negative reception to every time Blizzard does something stupid like this.
Do recognize that some of these things may be being changed due to legal advice from agencies outside of the gaming world. Lots of non-gaming eyes are on Blizzard and their products right now, going through all content with a fine-toothed comb without considering age or intent on the content they are changing.It's weird. It's questionable. But consider the source of these changes and why it might be taking place. To long time players it's a big 'what? why?', but to these non-gamer advocacy groups, it's a checklist.
To be honest, I get what they are doing and I don't think that's not a bad thing actually... but they missed the ball park again because they wanted to make it more inclusive and now instead I just see that they added pimps instead of 'male concubines' ...Like the idea isn't bad and its a low effort thing so fair enough but c'mon ... all it looks like is like pimps have been added, not 'male concubines' or anything else for that matter

The whole reason for this was just to remove the word "concubine," and the corresponding implication that all these female mobs were a sort of harem, and everyone knows that. Because apparently such concepts can't be allowed, or someone might be offended. This is getting pitiful.
I kind of love it.
