Amazing! So I wonder if the Artifact appearances are going to be widely available now, or if they will only be able to be used on char customization screens if they have been previously unlocked?Will be very exciting to see!

I've been waiting this wowhead post since bfa beta. Finally.
How exactly do the artifact appearances work? I thought those were tied to your character, so why would you be choosing them on the character creation screen? (Or are they account-wide and I'm dumb? Didn't play during Legion.)Never mind, they're account-wide. Character creation screen still seems a bit weird for them, but I've never actually gotten a haircut in-game so maybe that's the screen you go to when you get one.
Can we do this for the broken shore bird form too please, i love the white bird and i hate the red one that i am forced to use as a troll.
but can I still transmog my fangs of ashamane in case I get tired of blue sparklekitty and want to run around as green?
I am assuming this works similar to the Night Warrior skin? Basically once you have the appearance unlocked on one of your toons it unlocks in the character customization for all character.
There will be a lot of pissed off players if you can use these skins without earning them...especially the mage tower skins
Now, it is something to get excited for.
