Level 10 to 50 in Under 4 Hours with Warlords of Draenor on the Shadowlands Alpha

The Gorgrond Garrision Outpost Sparring Arena ability Champion's Honor summons allies which do a surprising amount of damage, and certain mobs will drop quest items for the achievement Prove Your Strength, awarding around two levels worth of experience for all ten.

The Talador Garrison Outpost Arsenal ability Artillery Strike makes AoE farming considerably faster, easily allowing you to pull 20 mobs at a time.

Funny enough, the Garrison Hearthstone requires level 35 to use, similar to Legion Artifact scenarios (which is likely not intended).

I hope that Blizzard leave it like that :D
Or at least with BGs...

If they leave it like this they should just remove leveling altogether and delete all old content.

Most people DO NOT want to spend a bunch of time leveling alts.
This speed would be for the people who would participate in speed leveling.
It would be about double-three times slower for normal players. Which would still be good, for new players as well, making them not feel like it would take weeks to catch up just to be the same level as their friends.

Have bonus objective and treasure exp been nerfed to the ground yet? The best way to level should be questing and not flying from point to point with zero story attached.

"Some people may get tired of hearing about frequent speed leveling achievements, but we are not those people!"

Well, I mean implementing a new 'type' label named Community or something (which mainly focuses on members of the community, such as with this leveling speed running or fan-made content) that we can decide to filter out from Wowhead news would be nice. With all due respect, I simply have no interest in this type of news.

Please no, one days work is fine. We don't need to be able to get a new toon to current content in 3 hours. Let a person play the 3-5 zones of a continent.

It's not like asking someone to play Drustvar, Stormsong Valley, and Tiragarde Sound to hit max is unreasonable. We already have massive time savings compared to live, you can survive having to do something rpg-ish.

The funny part is that everybody thinks that everyone is able to level this fast and let me assure you
no its not. this leveling speed needs a dedication and alot of experience which not everybody has

there are speedleveler in classic aswell who are able to reach lvl 60 in what was it 5 days?
but the majority still need weeks to reach level 60 even though its extremely old content
yes i'll give you that you will not need weeks to reach lvl 50 in SL but the majority will still need one or two days to reach lvl 50

only because something is possible doesn't mean everyone is able to repeat it
i mean limit cleared n'zoth with an overall average ilvl of roughly 467 and not bis corruptions for the most part

and now ppl have roughly the same ilvl but overall the better corruptions and many groups aren't able to defeat him on normal heroic
or even lfr ! and its clearly not because they lack gear its because they lack experience

This isn't news.
WoD is the best option to speed lvling alts with the squish. Even if they nerf the bonus' just running through the zones is seamless.

Gonna chose WotLK? Are the Nexus Drakes over Coldarra in Borean Tundra going to be lvl 50-60 elites that aggro like crazy?

A levelling experience that is too swift is as much of a problem as a levelling experience that is too long. It's time to fix this issue, not replace it with another issue. The average player will certainly never level this fast, but it shouldn't be possible to come even close to this with the help of online guides, XP buffs, and addons.

bliiz not changed this 4h for veteran players , new players about 8h-12h :D

All this guy is doing is making Blizzard look at ways to create more virtual time sinks to keep you subbed longer.

If I never have to read bonus objective ever again, it would be too soon. If I ever level another toon, I would be passing WoD. And BFA. And TBC. Cata too probably.

I will happily level through WOTLK and Legion. I may know the Howling Fjord and Grizzly Hills music by heart, but all these years I am still not sick of it. Out of my 14 characters, I levelled 3 during BFA to 120. And I cant stomach more.

If they remove the leveling that's even better, who cares about that anyway it's a complete waste of time. If we have to waste time leveling it should at least be this quick

Comment by ljgard

they won't be level 60. at worse they will be level 50 elites

Comment by Vaporizz

why the hell would you want it this way? leveling through through all that content in a few hours, would make it feel meaningless

not to mention be a kick in the nuts to the people who spent real time leveling alts... when now you can level 3-4 alts in a day...

its a disgrace honestly

Comment by radicarl

That's still unacceptable, to be honest.

They really need to readjust the leveling process overall.

Wrath had the most leveling zones in order to present players with the most leveling options, the 1-50 leveling experience there should not be tailored based on completing all of them.

Comment by Risingdoom2657

Also at a quite normal leveling WoD should be the fastest as it was back then with the massive bonus quests that you will clear at the level 40-50 range as they provide much more xp as normal quests. Just like everyone did back then.
