What about alts that are permanently behind in Rank due to essence caps and weeklys? :(

since blizzard boost the gain of coalescing visions you gonna catch up pretty easily if you do your dailies and event every day !
I wonder if this follows the plan that has been laid out in advance for BfA or if this is patched in to test a very similar system for Shadowlands.

for the lower ranks you can now get up to 4 pages a run in stead of 2 up to rank 12

The agility/intellect/strength proc is awesome. Even though the end of an expansion usually comes with a lull, I love the massively overpowered perks and buffs they throw in that make you feel like a god.
I would guess that’s the buff’s base value if it could be on a rank 1 cloak.
