Let's be real here. They're obviously doing a per-patch progression, instead of planned 6 phases.Let's just call it "patch 1.5" instead of some confusing "phase 2.5".

They are doing this because people are struggling with world pvp. The honor systems seems to have caused the higher levels to farm lower levels for honor and thus making it hard for those lower levels to even play the game. The battlefields are supposed to to get the farmers to farm honor on the battlefields and thus making it easier for the lower levels to level up.
I think a lot of people signed up to play Classic simply because they remember the old BGs and how much fun they used to be. Personally, this makes me wanna get someone to help me get Hemet's STV Quests done - Big Game Hunter For:The Chest Panther Hunter Legs (there's better ones in Gnomer tho) Tiger Hunter Gloves from Big Game Hunter for either the Bow or The Gun for epic lvl 29 Twinkage!If you can get a high level to take you, make sure you do NOT have rested XP!
