Just now, we've applied two more hotfixes to Mythic difficulty Uu'nat in Crucible of Storms. Storm of Annihilation damage to players has been reduced by 20%, and the recast time of Insatiable Torment has been increased to 45 seconds (was 30 seconds).

The Storm of Annihilation change affects multiple phases. It makes it easier in Phase 2 and Phase 3, when you need to use the Storm of Annihilation to kill the adds. This makes it slightly easier for players to survive during the Storm.

The Insatiable Torment changes makes the last phase of the encounter much easier as there are less debuffs and less people that are unhealable and need to leech health off other players..

With hotfixes to all regions, we've made two adjustments to Mythic difficulty Uu'nat in .

Uu'nat no longer can cast Oblivion Tear immediately following Unstable Resonance and the timing of Eyes of N'Zoth has been changed to coincide less with Unstable Resonance.

Part of it is that it isn't intended to just be flat-out rolled over in a week. World First raiders are doing it "ahead of the curve", as the achievement denotes. They are doing it under-geared (this one maybe less than say, Dazar'alor, for example, as it's a mid-tier Raid). That is one of the big points in most WF races. They are not doing the raid "as intended" with weeks of slow progress, earning gear, raising the raid's overall ilevel, etc. They are pushing it harder through many of those "creative uses of game mechanics", without actually cheating/using bannable exploits, and are brute-forcing content that isn't entirely intended to be.

Unless you are in that level of a guild, don't compare your experience to their's. It's a very different gaming experience they have over about 98% (or more) of the playerbase. The majority of us are intended to beat any Mythic raid 2-3 MONTHS after it's release (if at all, sometimes the player skill is just not there), not within the first 2 weeks.Comment by blessedhealsMay 2nd Hotfix

Going to end-time between each pull to reset an ability that quite clearly isnt inrended to be available on each try (or it would be reset like every other long cd after a wipe/kill), is pretty f*ing close to abuse of an uninrended mechanic. Especially seeing how it is an integral part of their strategy to avoid the full tempest storm AND save a battleress. Without it, im pretty sure they'd be struggling a whole lot more as margins for error would be zero, now they have battleresses still even tho they deliberatly sacrifice ppl.

At this point my guilds not even going to bother with this raid. We’re just going to farm mounts off of jaina.

Super frustrated with blizzard. The state of bfa is absolutely awe full then they release more garbage content.

Wtf are they thinking. How is any guild outside the top 20 even realistically supposed to kill this? Why are they wasting valuable resources on a raid that less than 1% of the player base will even bother with?
