Another set of clothes and a cool weapon (with some achievements to come with them). YEah, i like the 11th anniversary alot :) Thnx blizz, and here's to another 11 great years! Cheers

Charges ? how wonderful really...

Exactly, after 11 years of $15 a month you would think we could get something cool, Blizzard Bear type item comes to mind. You know, something we can KEEP forever and use.

Very sad indeed. :(

While I like the stuff they gave us for the anniversary i have to say that I'm a little let down that apart from the achievement it's all temporary stuff, it's cool to get stuff other than pets (though I do like the pets) at least the pets don't have only 5 (or 50) uses on them.

Comment by JoanTheMongoose

Inflatable Thunderfury is cool, but it looks like I'll have to turn off trade chat for the next few days.

I hate when things have charges. I'll just stuff them in my bank and hope that they get turned into proper toys in the future.

Comment by LumberJac

Wow, really disappointing... the charges completely ruin these items... I mean I was excited to get a pet but these would have been cool if they were at least permanant.

Comment by PveManno

"These items have charges but you can keep logging into alts/making lvl 1s to generate more items."

Comment by Dawnrider

Could they not have given the items charges? Kinda defeats the purpose of having these anniversary items.

they will take a 5 min transformation item, cant enter battle with it, cant mount with it and it removes on death, and they will give it a 1 hour cd. are you really surprised?

Comment by cookieirish

Is it just me or is this years anniversary a bit of a let down. Last year we got a pet and a mount(from running the lvl 90 MC) to some times that will be gone in a week or two maybe even three max. I'm not trying to be a loot hog saying oh we should of got this or should of got that. I'm saying it would of been nice to of gotten another upped raid to lvl 100 to run, or even make some mini events for us to run during the anniversary, or even anything thing to do. Just my two cent.

I have a rant about this - For the longest time, people have been wanting to Transmog their Legendaries. The official response has always been that they want to preserve the Legendary nature of the experience, and not trivialize it.

And now, Inflatable Thunderfury. Because a hundred people running through town with these doesn't trivialize the real thing AT ALL.....right?

One can hope they revisit this policy with the new Transmog system in Legion....

the gifts are cool.. total shame all have charges on them, the disguise i get it.. but why not infinite wands with a cooldown or just toys for self turning? oh well.

Comment by Erindeir

My orc on picture in news! I become the Celebrity! ))

Comment by Mooncrest

Not going to be using these items as I don't want them to go away.. thanks a lot Blizz. You know us so well.

Comment by Kniprose

It's a free gift. And I appreciate it Blizzard but charges on those items kinda dulls the fun. :/

Comment by RaindanceEU

Tbh, having a permanent Thunderfury to use whenever you'd like kinda makes the actual legendary worthless, vancleef costume not being a toy is silly indeed though.

Comment by Keshicus

Only 5 charges makes me want to set my subscription up to only have 5 charges left.

Comment by Lyonidus

Meh these rewards kinda suck, I expected something more.
Having missed the last anniversary I was hoping we could maybe get another mount or at least a chance to get the core hound for those who have missed it.
For the people who already have Thunderfury the inflatable one and the rep and experience one are almost worthless.
Really disappointing Blizz.

Comment by Graysmith

A bit sad it's all consumable stuff though. I get that last year was extra special (title, mount, pet), but I don't see why they couldn't give out at least one permanent gift per year.

Comment by omghai2u

No effort went into this anniversary, really disappointing show of loyalty to their fans by Blizzard.

Comment by Kyreth

At least the thunderfury could easily have been a toy, something to keep withouth having to worry in running out of charges. Dont like that the only way of enjoying the item a bit more is creating lvl1s. :(

Comment by heart1783

They should make all of these toy's so that the people that were lucky enough to log into wow on this most glorious of occausions can keep them and not alt log every half hour to get more like im doing lol its be epic if they did that cause im making a sep toon with all 30 slot bags just so i never run out of these XD
