Seems like first kill is guaranteed item, other kills after that is a chance to get items. I got just one across three chars, but several guildies got more than 1 item. Warbound, so you can get stuff your spec/class don't use. As it has been since Undermine.
Crests are ok, loot is warbound and very random.
