Makes sense. I can see how some of the employees would be disappointed, but at the end of the day it's a business and their opinions don't matter
That stinks. At least I hope this means there are quality members to stay in Blizz for a while now.
Hey at least they can now support and fix wc3 reforged? Right..,? Oh... nvm. I am asking way too much from them.
The employees are worried they might be expected to salvage WoW.
They did a great job with Diablo II: Resurrected, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with next!
Blizzard North 2.0
How is that blindsiding them? It being released to the press first is being blindsided. Having it announced internally at a meeting is how you make announcements...
This is more just a rename of the group to be more aligned with Blizzard. I don't really know the reason why they are going to rename since the name seems to be fine to me.
Could be Blizzard or Activision had something else they wanted to do with "Vicarious" or "Visions".
How long until they get put in the CoD mines?
That would be a good thing. In like 2003
I think they should keep it, that's who they are
I hope all employees in blizzard albany get to enjoy some steamed hams to celebrate.
