Upcoming EU Server Realm Connection - Kilrogg & Hellfire

In the coming days, the following realm connection will be made:

The Kilrogg realm will join the Hellfire realm.
We are planning more realm connections for low-population realms, and we will post further notifications like this one in the coming weeks.

Ultimately, after that they can tone down the sharding a little bit. Three weeks ago they announced new connections in the coming weeks/months. Which realms we dont know. The first connections were so messy that guilds were missing members, auction house items were missing and Ive heard of duplications too (like mounts, not stacks). Last week a blue poster claimed it was resolved but reports of guild problems were still coming. Last wednesday there was no word about new connections. Today there was no word about no connections.

And on the question if we ever get an ingame indication to see which realms are connected... also silence.

They either have no clue or dont know how to communicate the state of things. Either way leaving customers in the dark like this is just incompetence.

Update:

After asking again on twitter they linked to a new forum thread where they announced that today they connected... *drumroll*... one of the four biggest realms in my region with a tiny realm.
Instead of connecting one of the nearly 30 low realms with each other...
