Highlights

Many new Conduits for Death Knight, Mage, Monks, Priests, and Shaman
Shadow Priest Shadow Word: Madness now only heals for half the damage dealt, but is now affected by Mastery: Madness.
Destruction Warlocks Soul Fire no longer makes Incinerate instant cast, but now auto applies Immolate. Shadow Bolt now appears to be Affliction and Demonology only.

It makes absolutely zero sense with the way that Void Eruption is set up, especially with talents like Legacy of the Void and Void Origins (PVP).
