Just use valorstones for low ilvl blues gear and remove them for the rest of the gear.
I dont really get why we always have to make a Game that serious with Penaltys Like we have in real life.. just let us have fun with less invested time. We want to escape from the real stressfull World and here we are with Penaltys for playing the Game and Invest Hours over Hours.

Blizzard saw players are way too happy with simply making valorstones warbound, so they had to make a quick correction!
Should never have been restricted (or exist even) but a win is a win, I suppose.
So i lose 500 valor on a 2k transfer. Thats like 9-ish m+ dungeon that on a good day (for a pug) take like 5-6 hours? lovely
Valorstones and crests should be account bound from the start. Valorstones regardless.

If valorstones are so abundant, why even bother with a penalty? This is entirely an inconvenience intentionally designed to be inconvenient. There is no justifiable reason for that.
Can't wait for the cries when this inevitably gets disabled again in 11.2
