Play a Tank, have Valeera heal. Easy ? Solo.
I was ilevel ~230 as an elemental shaman when I did this ? fight with Valeera as a DPS. After reading online that it was a snoozefest as a healer, I switched specs to restoration and pinged Valeera to attack. I did absolutely no damage the whole fight. When I received the debuff, I dispelled it and generally stayed out of the purple stuff on the floor. After about 12 mins, the boss was dead.It was indeed super super easy and almost a snoozefest as restoration.
Well, i killed this guy in ? some weeks ago as a heal pala and valeera as dps. Super super easy fight, especially in comparison to the three previous nemesis ? fights in TWW.
just put some beef in your gear and you be good
if you're dps and she is dps, who is dispelling the debuff he puts on you?
I just read this article and then went and tried it as preservation evoker (274 ilvl which is the recommended for the ? challenge) - I've never played preservation before so wasn't clear on what a lot of my skills did, I just pressed a skill whenever it lit up on my bar, and spammed living flame/chrono flame the rest of the time, and completed it first try. Honestly, getting the camera stuck against a wall and not being able to see that well was the hardest part.
But the step up in difficulty at ? ("tier 11" now, I guess) is immense
I killed the boss as a ret paladin with 247 ilvl in 3 pulls on day one. My Valeera was the lvl cap of 45, but it really isn't difficult at all.
here's how i did it.- 271 iLVL- copy pasta YT talents for holy pala.- set valera to dps.- gave her the skills.the combat:1. ping her to attack2. SHE DIES (boss at 97%)3. Seriously, Valeera as DPS with the player as healer is just OP in general. I play healer instead of tank or DPS for delves as well because it seems delve scale down somewhat for healer or something similar. Healer with Valeera DPS clears FASTER than DPS with Valeera also DPS.
I would totally "take advantage of Valeera".
I went as a 228 Holy pally. Never tried healing before on hpal. grabbed some green 2h with int on AH and had dps trinkets for str on still. Set her as dps. Took me two tries on ? to down it.Don't heal too much and pull aggro. Dispel yourself. She will kick. Make sure to ping adds when they come up for Valeera to focus down.Easiest Nemesis so far.
