Man, I'd hate to be a pvper right now. It'd be hard to wash away that taste of blizzard crapping down your throat.
After the season is over, couldn't they change the title to be something like "%, Formerly the Elite Paladin" or something like that? I'm not a PVPer and would never have any of those titles, but I'm assuming they won't be that easy to earn. So only being able to have them for a relatively short time seems to defeat the purpose of even having them in the first place.

IMO, !@#$ty titles anyway, Gladiator is 500x cooler plus you get to keep that. Not sure why people in the comments are crying, seeing as I doubt they could get 2400 anyway lol, but yeah I think it's a good idea to make sure the people with the titles aren't washed up.

I don't PvP any more and even I think this is just a dumbass management decision - they are slowly killing warcraft by a million cuts or in this case a million dumbass modifications desgned to anoy the player base and make them leave.My guess they will go from a subscription model after subs tank and change to a pay to win model with gatcha - even though Gatcha is being looked at as unlicensed gambling

They reuse this title reward each season. Subscription titles, the next big thing in rewards. Like seasonal transmogs, titles might go the same way.
Oh for the love of....reaching 2400 already gives you permanent rewards. I wouldn't know since I'm bad at pvp but if you are THAT good I assume you can get the mount plus exclusive transmog. Why would you even care about a title? Their decision is logical because the name gives a hint of your standing in the current season. You still keep the achievement if you like to boast about being elite 24 years ago like a decrepit old man. Jeezus some people!
Pvpers are getting so much stuff other people can’t get and yet they are still crying. Maybe it’s because they can’t boost-sell them at even higher prices. Almost every top arena team is involved in wintrading and boost-selling sites so I won’t lose sleep over them getting screwed.A great question is, why are elite sets not available to everyone for tokens after an expansion ends?
It may be better to instead of removing it simply change by adding expansion distinction
Why are people whining abt this? All PvP titles have always been season-only (Tho normally for the season *after*, but yknow, brackets changed that), this isn't a change or anything this is how it's always been. Do y'all not even PvP or something.
