Why the spirit bomb nerf for tank dh? -.-
Why bother uncapping feral's brutal slash? It's a bad move and is only used in single target cause it costs less energy per combo point than anythjng else lol. You take primal wrath in any aoe situation which was uncapped anyway. Oh well I guess
dmg debuff from Death Chakrams "until cancelled".does this actually mean it'll be permanently (while in combat) on the target?
How works the soft cap? how many damage could decrease, like, it's down from 100% to 0%, or only do X% to beyond 5 targets?
"Thnx blizzard" for uncapping an ability that did a whopping 2% of my overall dmg in m+.
Ok, but saying "reduced damage to targets beyond 5" doesn't say by HOW MUCH. Please. Specify the % of the reduction..
ok cool now what about the rest of 'em? thrash for instance. am i still capped?
Just checked out the Death Chakram change and either Blizz didn't update it correctly, or it's still only 10 second duration but each bounce refreshes it. It lasts about 15 seconds in single target so you should have about a 30% uptime on this throughout a 5 minute fight, equating to a ~3% buff to physical damage. BM would want to line up Bestial Wrath with it, and MM may want to line up Double Tap. SV suffers from having bombs and serpent sting be elemental damage, but it should work well with the single-target trap build. Overall, Necrolord still needs a bit more of a push before people start thinking about it.It should increased all damage, rather than just physical (the Necro legendary deals fire damage and won't benefit from the buff). The conduit needs to be changed from providing extra focus to either increasing the duration/bounces or increasing the damage buff. And the legendary should be changed from a hard cap of 2 explosive shots to each bounce having a 35% chance to apply explosive shot (averages out to 2.45 explosive shots per use, adds some fun RNG, and scales up if the conduit increases bounces).
What about MM hunter trickshots?
Ah yes, the Outlaw changes. Dreadblades is a dead talent due to how much Alacrity is needed in all type of scenarios. I don’t know why is Blizzard hesitating. Remove the AoE cap from Blade Flurry ALREADY.
Rogue abilities need to get soft cap beyond 8. right now it is a nerf like they don’t even know . Revert the cap completely it does not fit In wow at all
Blade flurry should at least be capped at 8, I know it's strong but 5 is stupid. Btw, nobody is gonna run dreablades over alacrity, it lasts for too little and it's not impactful enough when you have so many ways to get extra combo points.
Consumption? Hmmm haven't used that ability in 3 years. If you ask me it should be baseline since there is no way in hell that you don't pick Hemostasis in that row
Still missing the Venthyr Hunter legendary :/ Pouch of Razor Fragments
For those who wonder. Passing from 8 targets hard cap to 5 targets soft cap makes it worth it with 13+ targets.Meaning that if you have targets, you can consider this change as a nerf. For targets, you can consider it as a buff. For 13 targets the damages are pretty similar but should be more equalized, resulting to less aggro spikes.
So they buff AoE for everyone but nerf AoE for Sub Rogue (was 8 targets for full damage now 5) - brilliant!
Are they leaving swipe capped at 5? It's a pretty terrible feeling as guardian druid to be unable to regrab aggro on a pack of mobs because my only uncapped ability is on a 6 second cd...
Nether Portal will need to spawn a demon per soul shard spend. Not one demon per spell that consumes soulshards.Otherwise it will never be picked. With Tyrant Consumption it is even less likely to be picked.Consumption is one of those that needs to be made baseline (and perhaps nerfed a bit?)To synergise perfectly with Nether Portal and Passive demon spawning.
