That's a shame that the quest got bugged. They've should have been more diligent, the devs I mean. Fortunately I finished it well before this cropped up.
I did this quest yesterday on my Evoker and it was fine.Wanted to unlock Bel'Ameth on one of my Horde toons so I blasted through the campaign no problem.
That's sad. I haven't had a reason to prioritize doing this quest line until now since balameth is finally updated. I hope this gets fixed fast. I was holding off on purpose. There was no real reason to do it before. Imo.
Come on now, you can't realistically expect Blizzard to test and fix every single quest from... errr... few weeks ago every time they release new content.
Even old mounts, like cindermane charger, are now glitched out and got invisible textures and stuff.
Thank god I finished all 13 of my characters through this get the enchanted wyrm crest to get crafted.
I dropped my quest at this point and the questgiver was not at the place marked on the map. When I went back to where the previous quest was I found a questgiver and restarted the quest. It did not bug out.
Yup new patches break stuff, this is nothing new. I'm actually surprised more wasn't broken considering how much we got in that patch.
