Can we make celestial alignment a 2 min cd for balance druids?

Where's Might of the Frozen Wastes, you know...2h Frost? Please tell me they just made it baseline and didn't just remove it again, because that would NOT go down well with players (me being one of them).

I found the overall 10.0.7 changes page, says Might of the Frozen Wastes changed from Talent to Specialization, so i think that does mean it's baseline now, thank god.

honestly, the righteous protector nerf really sucks, making pointless to try to invest in it.
from the path i take, it will be impossible for me to take divine ressonance as well, but i don't really mind it.
now what i really loved and i hope it stays is the faith in the light buff.
casting WoG give you 30%% block for 5 sec if you have 2 points in it. i mean, 30% block is a lot, idk, i really loved this one.
didn't really like the place where spellwarding is located

Seems kind of like a waste of time to set up the calculator for what I very much hope to be not-finished trees, because if that's all they're doing to the Ret tree, I'd be surprised.
