OR:Less people playing ;)
we literally had a heroic week last time too if you want to add that in for why kyveza had more kills
Sounds like skill issue and the type of quality the player base is this day just keeps declining, but nah let's keep nerfing it a few more times just so they can finally get enough handicapps accommodated to them 😂
150 guilds on the boss right now, maybe the real issue is Stix ? Can't say it is the hardest 6th boss when all guild stuck on the 4th boss because he is way too hard for a 4th boss.
Wowhead can you make a post on how the 2nd vault slot for 4 kills is unpuggable, so they nerf them as well please?
Less and less people will play Mythic until something drastic is done.20 people required to not commit barely any mistakes at all, playing like 5 or 6 hours a week every week for months only to get an achievement and a mount that can later be acquired is something that only happens in this game. There is no reason to do anything beyond AOTC and getting 2000 rating on M+. Oh, and not to mention the increasingly laggy and buggy bosses that even with high end pc's have some issues in this 20 years old game.I am hoping that Blizzard does some big changes in Midnight. Stopping listening to the 1% would be a start.
This whole raid is overbloated with overtuned instant wipe mechanics, that's the reason. May be stop making the game for 0.01% of players Blizzard?Hell, you can easily remove half of mechanics and it still will be too much, that says something...
so you're saying that Gallywix being a disappointing boss for the RWF isn't even helping "the majority of the playerbase who is casuals" clear the mythic raid faster? *surprised pikachu face*tbf any sane person already knew that a disappointing undertuned endboss does not at all correlate with more mythic raid participation or higher clearance rateit's just the worst case for everyone, it sucks for the RWF viewers who wanna watch a good race and it doesn't "improve" anything for the casuals in the first place, just %^&* for everyone
I think a LOT of guilds got a false sense of security when they saw the RWF/top 5 guilds stomp this boss in a pretty low number of pulls.Bandit is no joke. This raid is almost entirely centered around niches (i.e. 3+ target spread cleave for Stix and Bandit, stacked cleave on Gallywix, and teleporting out of Jails on Mug'zee prior to today) and it swings pretty wildly from one boss to the next in many respects, so a lot of guilds on or getting to Bandit now genuinely don't have a lot of the specs that fill those niches.
but think about this one: the 4th and 5th boss are also difficult, meaning theres fewer people that even got to the 6th in the first place
I don't get why Blizzard loves visuals not match up with the actual hitbox and the only way to know that is to die. The same issue happens in ToP where once in awhile you will get a ranged trying to outrange Dessia's frontal just to die because it has infinite range despite the visual only being like 45 yds or whatever.
What is important is not the boss position from the start, it's their position from the end. Ofc in much bigger raids the sixth boss cannot be as hard. And for most of WoW, raid tiers were not 8 bosses or less.
I dont know whats this new Blizz policy of "lets make middle bosses insanely hard , the 2nd to last boss - end game boss and last one - a complete joke of an end game boss" , but it is awful to play. It pisses off alot of players with those janky mechanics riddled with bugs so early on in the raid , this is not a good direction to make bosses for the future.
Everything Squishei said is realistic & reasonable. The current mid tier balance is terrible in general. This is a great examination of why Bandit is awkward.
I am surprised there are 60 guilds doing mythic. This expansion died like 2 months in.
Almost like “mythic raiding” isn’t an enjoyable experience for an aging playerbase. Wack.
Lol it's just a slot machine. Get good.
