OFC it drops the str axe to my rogue. So useful.

The buff given from Lava Spices lasts 10 minutes. Also, you get a 24hr debuff called "Silent Lava." "Youve recently caught a lava worm, and wont be able to again for awhile."

Just fished here with buff for 10 mins and nothing.....

In a raid he dropped around 10x 1h str axes, scaled to people's ilvl, but nothing else.

Cool find though.

A super? Tanaan Jungle was merely a setback.

Yeahhhh, I got a single grey item from it. Fun! Wondering if it's just bugged atm with regards to loot, or if there's some requirement to getting items to drop (at least Dragon Isles Supplies, or whatever's baseline).

As a hunter main I gotta say that fist weapon would go good with my collection of maced n warglaives in my bags.

You need to fish on the other side where it's bubbling, where the lavafall meets the lava river.

I feel your pain. Every single rare I've killed on my monk, on the rare chance I got loot, it's been strength weapons or plate gear and one cloth item. Still to actually loot anything I can actually use from these rares.

The captain guy that spawns to the south after the Siege scenario keeps dropping the strength polearm for my druid at ilvl 379. I was using it at one stage because it was a upgrade for guardian spec over my old 319 polearm despite the lack of agility.

My advise is bring a Gnome to sacrifice to RNGezus against any super rare. At this point, pleased to get xmog for the collection but only a couple of alts got something useful so far. That’s from all SuperRares, not just this one

Fish so your bobber is on the bubbling parts.

Did it twice now with like 5 casts max to spawn him.

Spawned on second cast for me, dropped grey.

Comment by Rogerrud

spawned after 4 casts and drop|ed the 382 Regurgitated Stone Handaxe

Would be nice if we could use agility axes, maces and fist weapons like we use daggers and swords. Rogues know my pain! Grrrrr
