In races to first you are first or last - there is no I got it to. Then Blizzard made a hall of fame, so now you're not first but are first 100 so there is that. Raz is a 200 minimum pull boss even with all the nerfs and that's probably 30 hours minimum. World first guilds just grind that out in a week and Raz had to be nerfed mid world first just to be killable.

This tier is far more balanced than Sepulcher because there's already 2-3 times more guilds that have killed M Raz than M Jailer.Comment by AdellundOkay, this is good why are people complaining?
