Mythic Belo'ren Hotfixes

Burning Heart damage increased by 11%

Guardian's Edict now increases damage done by 100% (was 10%) on failure.

Light Blast / Void Blast damage increased by 66%

Light Echo / Void Echo damage increased by 20%

Light Edict / Void Edict magic damage reduced by 20%

Light Eruption / Void Eruption damage reduced by 12.5%

Light Flames / Void Flames initial damage reduced by 20% but DoT now lasts 60 sec (was 30 sec)

Light Patch / Void Patch damage increased by 60%

Voidlight Convergence damage increased by 100%

Voidlight Rupture damage increased by 66% and DoT now lasts 60 sec (was 30 sec)
