Canadian here. I was really looking forward to the motorcycle mount, but even if I did buy stuff across the border, the website is locked so I cant even redeem it. Thanks blizz for locking a whole ass mount I was really wanting behind a dumb promotion.

Kinda sad blizz will put the biggest effort and make the coolest things just to gatekeep it behind local promotions or $$ shop and for the in-game stuff its always just recolors, same model as existing stuff etc.. Bummed out, but hey.. It is what it is
