"The last wave of London Tickets for the Warcraft 30th Anniversary event goes live tomorrow, February 22nd, at 15:00 GMT."Tomorrow is the 18th...
Okay but what about other cities on the tour
Just a reminder to not worry about this.Even with a valid ticket, they have already said they can deny you entry because space will be limited. So unless you live next door the event, or within a short commute of the events, don't bother getting tickets.Just watch the youtube recaps and other social media footage from your house instead.
And sold out... somehow between me pressing refresh every few seconds.
This event was complete false advertising. I refreshed the page at 15:00 and it just switched from "coming soon" to "sold out".
15:01 GMT the little blue cross appears to buy tickets -> sold out. lmao
Jeez they weren't joking about selling out in seconds. I couldn't even click two buttons fast enough.
They sold out before they were even available lol
just garbage not even giving the option to enter on the tickets. and sold out again in less than 30 sec...indie company
I don't know how they expect us (actual players) to get the tickets when the website is so prone to bots. The tickets were sold out within seconds and I'm pretty sure like 95% of them went to bots and scalpers
just frustating, pretty sure they reserve 90% or more for streamers. media, and top guilds to join there!
It smells like scalpers. If that's true, then the only solution is to have everybody lose this event:- People not buying tickets, not even from scalpers.- Scalpers wasting money on many tickets that they can't sell.- Nobody showing up at the event because nobody has tickets, giving a clear signal that the tickets sale should go differently next time.Sadly, there are always people that give in. If people give in, then the scalpers make a lot of money and will do it again next time. Blizzard will have a full event and thus will not change anything in the ticket sale for next time. This situation will repeat. To anyone who buys tickets from scalpers: I'm sorry but you're a huge part of the problem whether you like it or not, and you keep these practices alive. Don't hate scalpers if you literally help them survive doing what they do.
