With most classes looking at the Primordial Stone system as a DPS loss in Patch 10.0.7, some last minute Primordial Stone hotfixes have been applied, buffing the Stones by up to 25%.
Ion Hazzikostas mentioned in
recent interviews
that the Primordial Stone system should be an upgrade for everyone. However, this was not currently the case and with recent hotfixes, it seems that Blizzard may be trying to fix that with a 25% increase to many damage procs.
Stay tuned to our Wowhead class guides which will be updating our Primordial Stone recommendations shortly! For now, check out everything about Primordial Stones, including how to obtain, craft and upgrade them!

Rings worse than 400 rings at 424...25% buff how can their math be SO off.
"You'll likely replace it in 10.1"
Bro, we won't even wear it in 10.07.
And ppl saying don't wear it are beyond cringe. Why introduce something that's "supposed" to be powerful and fun, but tune it so bad it's worse than world quest gear...
It's supposed to be catch up gear, there's over a million games out there, you don't have to play the one you despise.
Can you stop making @#$% up, so you look less of a fool?

I love losing secondary stats that make my character play/feel good for a passive random damage proc!
So don't use them? I know i know 5HEAD take
‘Just don’t use them’ he says in response to someone asking that a major feature of the patch be useful. Good lord. I hope you’re getting paid for the groveling you’re doing on behalf of blizzard love
Literally nobody who plays the game on daily basis care about these rings. I don't. I have 2 chars. 419 and 418 ilvl. Personally, I won't even go IN that cave to grind for ring and stones. And I like that. Because this shouldn't be like legendary system, where it's a must to have. It's at best optional and as it should be. Got a low ilvl alt? Want ring with effect? Go get it.
