Incorporal is a non-affix basically. It does nothing because it is very easy to manage.Spiteful is just &*!@ and will always be ^&*!....

I dont understand how such an Affix got live. I dont like the idea of something i literaly cant do anything against it as a warrior. How could Blizzard thing that is a good idea? Thats just insult to injury and makes it just even more harder for classes without BL or a BR (and now even hard cc for longer than 20sec) to get into keys.
Whoever made up this incorporeal affix never touched a mythic+ dungeon in their life. Don't play this coming reset so it dies on arrival.
