You obtain 3-6 Magmotes with every Restored Obsidian Key turned in to Igys the Believer.

You obtain 25 Magmotes from the Same as the Old Boss weekly from Doventhal the Chosen. He will only offer this quest while you're a Worldbreaker.

Relatively easy, especially if you're also farming keys for your choice of black dragon. If I wasn't stuck in a disconnect loop, I'd be doing this right now. That RNG regarding the title drop is a bit unfortunate, but at least it's not rare.

Comment by dembro

Hmm, seems like a lot of Magmotes! But I won't know 'til I farm it. Glad it's pretty straightforward.

Comment by Snowrulez

Sounds like work to me.

Comment by AzralarTheFallen

I'd rather keep the title "The World Breaker" over the mount. That's such a sick title.

Comment by CognateClockwork

I got the Same as the Old Boss quest to kill Doventhal the Chosen just by giving a Restored Obsidian Key to Igys the Believer. The quest rewarded me with 25 Magmotes but I'm not a Worldbreaker member.

I'm inclined to agree; the mount feels more like a bonus.

A nice farm... for LATER (at least to me). Too much going on now (leveling) to bother with these 'not-going-to-be-removed' things :P

We all know Blizz and their FOMO things. Fortunately, this one isn't one of those.

But i have a dragon now

Oh this is the mount that I was hoping wouldn't be fixed and remain a slug with a floating saddle so that it looks like a chariot. Maybe they will do something like that in the future. The shell looks ok too. I will see if I can get around to farming this at some point.

Magcargo lmao

I love this guy so much.

Comment by lovelywaz

Gonna add this in my Later To Do list, that may or may not still have certain things from last 3 or 4 expansions 😁

Comment by WillowFae

Now how about the Empty Magma Shell for that other one way up in the summit?

Comment by Lierzo

Hello, shadow of his wings quest is bugged for me. I have completed it but the worlbreaker cavern along with vexil npc (cannot interact with him) are hostile. any fixes?

"After becoming a Worldbreaker the first time, you may purchase an additional Worldbreaker Membership from Dealer Vexil for 20 Magmotes."

Please edit this as this is misleading/incorrect. Once you die you can no longer buy the membership. You MUST unlock it from a box. The vendor will go orange/red once you die and will not sell to you anymore.

Comment by TwiceBaked

This statement is correct though. Once you get the Worldbreaker buff, you should get the requisite 20 magmotes, go to the vendor and get an additional Membership before you die. Then you don't get locked out and won't have to wait for a Membership to drop again.

Comment by Adrrianpor

Seems like blizz disabled the farm? Dealer Vexil is uninteractable for me after i logged out. Couldnt get a single worldbreakers membership despite handing in 10x obsidian keys

Comment by xanadul

Should be noted a lot of people are saying you just need the prerequisites done, or Wrathion questline complete, I believe this is incorrect, as I tried before any quests were done, after the zone was complete, and it didn't give anything till the entire campaign all zones was complete, like couldn't even see Wrathion etc until it was done, and there's a ton of people in the same boat.
