Terrible class balance as usual. They can never get it right.
Rogue all 3 specs needed a lot more attention then 4% when they also buffed the rest of the specs around it by 4%. Sin only looks good on “boss damage” because they are ignoring adds and just staying on the boss. All 3 rogue specs in the dumpster when all they can do is dps feels bad.
rogue specs having an identity crisis among themselves & all 3 end up on the last spot. Imagine having to make a choice between crafting a dagger or Outlaw weapons, and the outcome is if you want to be last or almost last.
Logs while 99% of people don't have their sets yet aren't gonna be relevant. Balance changes based on those logs are gonna bite everyone back in the long run.

BM Hunters are back all the way down in the gutter where they always belong ... EVERY... SINGLE... SEASON.The last season of TWW was a huge outlier and an accidental mistake which Devs have already fixed it and made sure NEVER to be repeated again for years.
elemental shaman at the bottom for nearly all fights is Hilarious. The buffs they will get will help but wont fix the problem in raid. at least Ele will be super good in M+
