Loot scales with your ilevel, so GG if you accidentally did these at the beginning of the week.

I keep getting items with wrong stats for my spec from rares and events like these. Before you ask, yes I have my loot spec set correctly.
maybe you can only get one piece each week in the same ilvl bracket? anyone get two pieces of the same ilvl from both? would explain why some people including myself couldn't do the trial of water one after getting the chromie time one even though i know i tagged mobs.

I got 2 rousing frost and nothing else from the chest in the Chromie zonie.

Why are any and all gear drops outside of Mythic raiding still being called “free” by hardcore PvE players, when the gear does have to be earned through events that are impossible to solo for low item level toons?Even the gladiator weapons in 9.0 were being called “free Mythic iLvl weapons” in WoW articles when they were out of reach for the vast majority of the playerbase and required multiple weeks of Conquest to purchase.WTB non-elitist WoW coverage.
tfw i realize the trial of flood chest is a weekly event.... i thought it was just a random bonus objective + treasure to complete while leveling my main........... OOF. lolol no worries. XD
I was able to do both as well, but it gave me the same trinket.
Blizzard says Nope...Hotfix:The Trial of the Elements (Primalist Tomorrow) and Trial of the Flood (Ohn'ahran Plains) events rewards were scaling higher than expected and have had their base item level reduced.
At least one of these does not seem to follow loot spec or current spec. That agility weapon was so useful for druid who is mainly played as balance/resto (and did the event as balance).
Is there a way to access Trial of Elements on alts that didn't do this questline?
