Stormbringer's Runed Citrine is available from the Shuddering Hollow event on my first alt. It wasn't available on my main.
I'm pretty sure my 636 crafted rings are way better than this 639 ring.
The Stormbringer Gem wasn't available on my main...but it was on my all my alts. But when i try to complete the event on my alts the gem isnt rewareded. In addition to that...several times while engaging the rare in that event...everyone was kicked out of the digsite and the rare reset. So obviously bugs surrounding that particular one.

This ring is very bad in comparison to the raid rings. I can't believe Blizzard fumbled this hard. Small indie company?
I'm starting to think that they stay up late at night to think of newer and more ridiculous ways to suck the fun out of this game.

This is easily the most mentally *!@#$%ed way to add new content.Blizzard might swell told everyone not to bother with siren isle for 4+ weeks.These devs need to reevaluate why they are making this game.
Terrible content. Bunch of useless daily quests and no flight for six weeks. Regressive game design, again. They just can’t help themselves.
Can confirm the weekly world quest one is a chance to get unless its bugged didn't receive it on my main after doing it
